Sushant's father KK Singh said he did not trust the investigation being conducted in Mumbai. Patna police should also investigate this matter.
On Thursday, the Supreme Court turned down a petition seeking a CBI probe in the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case. The court told the petitioner Alka Priya that the Mumbai police is investigating the case. You can go to the Bombay High Court for any appropriate action in this matter. The petitioner, while seeking a CBI inquiry, argued that Sushant was a good man. He was also involved in much social work. On this, the bench of CJI SA Bobde said that it is not good or bad. The matter is subject to jurisdiction. If something is strong enough to tell you can go to the Bombay High Court.
Riya appealed to transfer the case to Mumbai
Sushant's father has filed a case of abetment to suicide in Patna against Sushant's girlfriend Riya Chakraborty. Riya filed a petition in the Supreme Court through advocate Satish Manashinde. In this, he has demanded to transfer the case registered in Patna to Mumbai. According to the reports, Riya is afraid of arrest. On Wednesday, Patna police reached Riya's house for questioning. However, Riya and her family could not be found here.
Now Sushant's father has reached the Supreme Court to get the case investigated by Bihar Police. He has filed a cavity. At the same time, the Bihar government also filed a caveat in the top court. Actually, the Cavite is filed when someone fears that a sudden order may be brought against him in court. Before applying for a cavity, the person who has filed the cavity also has to give information before the hearing?
Mumbai Police is helping Riya
Sushant's father's lawyer Vikas Singh said that Mumbai police are helping Riya. Riya, who was seeking a CBI probe till a few days ago, has now reached the Supreme Court to stop the investigation. It states that Mumbai Police is helping Riya. We want the Bihar Police to investigate the matter. If Riya has moved the Supreme Court, she should have applied for a CBI inquiry into the matter. In this case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has now asked the Patna Police to detail the FIR lodged by Sushant's father. Sushant's father KK Singh had alleged that Riya and her associates withdrew Rs 15 crore from Sushant's account within a year. It should be investigated.
Sushant's father has filed a case
On July 25, Sushant's father KK Singh lodged an FIR at Patna's Rajiv Nagar police station, which was revealed three days later, on July 28. In this, he has made serious allegations against Riya Chakraborty, her father Indrajit Chakraborty, mother Sandhya Chakraborty, brother Shovik Chakraborty and two managers Soumil Chakraborty and Shruti Modi. The FIR mainly mentions six sections 341, 342, 380, 406, 420, and 306 of IPC.

Because after Disha's death, Riya blocked his number. Sushant alleges that Riya withdrew Rs 15 crore from Sushant's account in a year.
